In the last six months, we have expanded our customer success-team with two new employees at the office in Lidk\u00f6ping. In M\u00f6lndal, we also have our new salesperson on board. We are very happy to finally be able to present them to you as well and welcome them to us at Instore Agency.<\/p>\n
Let us introduce our new Key account manager! <\/strong><\/p>\n Jonas, can you please tell us a little about you? What are your strengths in your professional role? How does it feel to be a part of Instore Agency? My name is Mimmi Kumpum\u00e4ki and I am 34 years old. Born and raised in Hallstahammar located near V\u00e4ster\u00e5s. But I moved to Lidk\u00f6ping about 7 years ago. I live here with my partner and our 3-year-old daughter and right now we are renovating our old 60s house, so now you understand where my free time is spent right now.<\/p>\n What have you done before Instore Agency?<\/p>\n I have worked in retail for the past 14 years, both with clothes, shoes and jewellery. Salesperson, sales manager and store manager are my various titles. I really do love customer service and new customer meetings. The position as Sales coordinator at Instore Agency suits me perfectly as I have a lot of customer contact. A very fun and varied job that gives me a lot of personal development, and I like that! Also, I am responsible for our social media, which gives me an opportunity to express my creative side. <\/p>\n Finally, our new customer service and e-commerce coordinator, Sofia!<\/strong><\/p>\n Tell us a little of yourself? <\/p>\n My name is Sofia Sand and I am 31 years old. I live with my family in a villa in Lidk\u00f6ping. My daughters are 1 year and 3 years old. I like to spend my free time with my family and play padel with my friends when I get the opportunity. <\/p>\n What made you apply for this position at Instore Agency?<\/p>\n After working with sales in stores for over 10 years now, I wanted to continue work with customer service but in a new form and e-commerce feels just right for me. \nMy name is Jonas Olsen and I\u2019m 45 years old. I\u2019m a father of two and lives in Fiskeb\u00e4ck near Gothenburg with my family. Most recently, I came from the recruitment and staffing industry as a customer manager. I also have a lot of experience from retail and have been working in stores like Str\u00f6ms, NK and Tiger of Sweden.<\/p>\n
