As in previous years, we at Instore Agency have chosen to give back. This year we have donated a Christmas gift to the Red Cross, which plays a crucial role in helping those affected by the war in Ukraine. The Red Cross is on the ground supporting people suffering from the war by providing food, clothing and medical aid, as well as offering safety and security in these difficult times. They are also working to provide emergency relief to those impacted by the conflict and assisting with evacuations where it is most needed.

Why did Instore Agency choose the Red Cross as the recipient of our Christmas gift?
“The winter in Ukraine is expected to be tougher than ever for the people of Ukraine and therefore we have chosen to give our Christmas gift to them. Our hope is that the Red Cross will make the most of our support.”

One of our biggest investments in 2023 is our launch of Print A Box. Our new webshop for online design of exclusive gift boxes. Perfect for those occasions when time is short, and the quantites are small.

Also worth mentioning are our 3D printed mannequins in biomaterial.These mannequins are not only the most durable on the market, but they also offer endless and unique design possibilities. We look forward to more requests and projects with 3D printed mannequins in 2024.
Our opening hours during Christmas and New Year:
Customer service will be available December 27th and December 28th.
The warehouse is open for deliveries on December 28th.

Customer service and warehouse will be closed for the holidays during v29 – 30 except for Webshop orders during v29 which will be shipped 25th of July. We will be back with regular opening hours 31th of July.

My name is Jonas Olsen and I’m 45 years old. I’m a father of two and lives in Fiskebäck near Gothenburg with my family. Most recently, I came from the recruitment and staffing industry as a customer manager. I also have a lot of experience from retail and have been working in stores like Ströms, NK and Tiger of Sweden.
What are your strengths in your professional role?
I am a good communicator, committed and determined
with a vision of long and safe cooperation with our customers.
How does it feel to be a part of Instore Agency?
What made me apply to Instore Agency was that I saw a long-term perspective and get to work with products that I recognize and have knowledge about from my time when I worked with retail. Being a part of Instore Agency feels incredibly fun and I want to thank you for a nice welcome!

Who are you?
My name is Mimmi Kumpumäki and I am 34 years old. Born and raised in Hallstahammar located near Västerås. But I moved to Lidköping about 7 years ago. I live here with my partner and our 3-year-old daughter and right now we are renovating our old 60s house, so now you understand where my free time is spent right now.
What have you done before Instore Agency?
I have worked in retail for the past 14 years, both with clothes, shoes and jewellery. Salesperson, sales manager and store manager are my various titles. I really do love customer service and new customer meetings. The position as Sales coordinator at Instore Agency suits me perfectly as I have a lot of customer contact. A very fun and varied job that gives me a lot of personal development, and I like that! Also, I am responsible for our social media, which gives me an opportunity to express my creative side.

My name is Sofia Sand and I am 31 years old. I live with my family in a villa in Lidköping. My daughters are 1 year and 3 years old. I like to spend my free time with my family and play padel with my friends when I get the opportunity.
What made you apply for this position at Instore Agency?
After working with sales in stores for over 10 years now, I wanted to continue work with customer service but in a new form and e-commerce feels just right for me.
I have worked in stores with Instore Agency hangers for a long time, so it feels good to be able to sell products I know are good and of good quality.
